Remy's is located in the heart of Yorkville and tailors towards both the younger and older crowd. It's a fine option to enjoy both as casual and upscale dining. By day this location can be casual, but when the sun sets, the patio heats up on Remy's outdoor patio.
At Remy's, the dining choices are aplenty. With foods starting with pastas, fresh fish, veal and filet mignon, and by ending with selective desserts, you are sure to find something that you will enjoy. My meal option consisted of bacon wrapped scallops to start, followed by Pollo Florentino which was a breaded chicken breast filled with spinach, ham and provolone cheese, in a white wine cream sauce. The meal also came with a baked potato and vegetables. For dessert I had a lemon sorbet. Our starter was not bad, although it took a little time to come to the table and was a little chewy for me personally. The main course was great, it was a simple dish but given the spinach and the ham it defiantly had an extra twist of flavour. The dessert was of course the topper, a lemon sorbet, was sweet, delicious and went down really smooth.
Overall this restaurant was a fine option, the food was good and the decor was modern, although beware the waiters, if their not your server they won't be too inclined to assist you.
