This hostel in Munich is about a 1 minute walk from the main train station and is close to many attractions and the U-/S-bahn. The hostel offers clean rooms with internet access on the ground floor. It is open 24 hours, bed sheets are free, all rooms have a shower and toilet, and laundry facilities are available for those who want it. You can also get almost any size room you want, with rooms in quantities of 10, 8, 6, and 4 and of course there are double and single rooms too. The on site bar is also a very nice perk.
The prices change throughout the seasons fluctuating around 60 euros a night for a double room, which includes breakfast. Expect to pay more (up to 95 euros a night) when there are big events in the city. For a hostel this may seem expensive, but we went during World Cup where everything in town was marked up. The dormitory style rooms are always cheaper.
The hostel was almost like a budget hotel, everything was in great condition, the rooms were clean and my favourite part about this hostel was the 1 euro beers during happy hour in the bar! Our room also had a balcony overlooking the courtyard that could be utilized for relaxing. Overall, this was one of the best hostels we have stayed at so far. It had a fun and friendly atmosphere, the staff was attentive and made sure people were taken care of.
