We tried out the Hallandale location, but all locations serve a full salad bar and the best Argentinean cuts of beef, pork and chicken. This restaurant relishes on juicy, large, and charcoal grilled, quality cuts of meat that are tender to the last bite.

For a fixed rate of $24.95 (Friday to Sunday) or $22.85 (Monday to Thursday) you too can enjoy the quality food that is 'The Knife'. For this set price you get an all you can eat buffet which includes a full salad bar, a wide variety of meats, as well your choice of dessert and a bottle of wine per person! The deal is truly fantastic and the quality of food is not lacking, which makes you feel that you get your moneys worth.

The restaurant also offers a full bar with lots of drinks to choose from ranging from various cocktails, to wines, to martinis, to beer. The bar is also a good place to sit while you wait for a table, and chances are, you will be waiting if you come here on a Friday or Saturday night. Locals say the restaurant is always busy, even on weeknights. But if you don't mind sitting and having a few cocktails while you wait then all is well.
